"All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). "
"Indoor/ outdoor pools, games room, crazy golf. And very close to the beach.
The staff where excellent and very helpful and friendly.
The ramps for disabled guests where far to steep.
Would be useful if they had shower seats available for the walk in shower.
The cost of a meal in the dining room was excessively high, for the quality of food on offer."
"Muy recomendable para unos días de descanso. Playa en la puerta del hotel, magníficas vistas desde la habitación, dos piscinas, una al borde del mar. Las únicas pegas son los ascensores ( solo hay dos, insuficientes en las horas punta) y solamente hay un enchufe en la habitación.
El restaurante con comida muy buena y el buffet incluye bebidas (agua, refrescos, cerveza y vino)"
"Nice staff, good pool facilities. A bit dated on the dining and bedroom facilities but well maintained. Location is a beautiful view and easy access to beaches and about a 15minute Mediterranean walk to restaurants.
Two issues need addressing: 1) poor wifi that is throttled and denies streaming 2) gym was mediocre and did not have any ventilation…but I was happy to have it! "
"A beautiful hotel with incredible views! We were made welcome by the owner, and our room was very clean, comfortable and the roof terrace is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel. We will visit again!"
"Spent 3 nights. Super nice room, big bathroom and big balcony. Next to road with traffic, but no problem, easy to jump on the bus to Granada centro (super cheap) and come back. Just leave the car at hotel. Added breakfast, very fair price and friendly staff."

"Lovely, quaint and with a unique spanish-moorish character. A few steps from restaurants. Situated in Albaicin, which is Granada’s Arab oldest quarter just a few minutes walk to Alhambra. Clean room, friendly staffs and taxi is available anytime. Had a great time staying in this hotel. "

"This hotel is top-notch! The hotel is pristine inside and everything looks high class. The outside and inside photos on the booking sites do not do this hotel justice. We are so glad we booked this hotel; it’s very quiet, staff is courteous and helpful, the junior suite room we stayed is wonderful and it represents well what a 4 star hotel should be. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, activities, and sites. We like this hotel so much, we ended staying at a Aurea Hotel in Toledo, which is high class as well. We didn't eat the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. You are very glad we chose this hotel!"
