"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith is a busy, friendly hotel. The rooms aren't large but they're comfortable, just off King Street close to restaurants and 10 minutes from the underground. "Hotel check in was excellent, we arrived early and the staff were so accommodating and took our bags so we could go off and enjoy our stay. Breakfast was good and we got 20% discount for booking the night before. Even though check out was 12 noon we could still leave our bags for the rest of the day. Room was very clean and even though we only stayed 2 nights we were given fresh towels every day. Would stay at hotel again without any hesitation."
