"Clean, quiet, in a good location - walkable to bars, restaurants & tube so it’s convenient for heading in to the city also. Staff were very nice & helpful - hotel could definitely use some upgrades to the facade & the lobby/reception area. Bar wasn’t open at all while we were there for 4 nights over a rugby 6 Nations weekend so that was surprising as there were a lot of people in town for the Ireland v England match. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

To surprise my partner I asked for extra's in the room, ie, room dressed for the occasion, including, roses and wine which was very reasonably priced. The room looked absolutely fantastic, with beautiful long stemmed red roses and a quality wine. I will never forget the overwhelming excitment on my partner's face when she opened our hotel room door. THANK YOU so much for making our stay so special."

"the hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet with made to order omelettes and almost everything else you can imagine. the bed is comfortable my room was a bit small compared to the size of the bed. there wasn't much room to sit at the desk. other than that the location is excellent near many bus and the high Street Kensington underground just a few minutes walk away. this is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm gladly return if I need to stay in the Kensington area.
