"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"This hotel is in a great location for both walking around and for getting on Tube. The room is a decent size but there is no storage. Asked for additional hangers for closet but never received these. I had to buy shampoo/conditioner d/t poor quality (not a big deal). Asked for taxi to transport us to airport. Cost was 90 pounds and a taxi on my app would have been 45. Feel like they sent a private car (just a FYI to be careful). Didn't dine in hotel restaurant, but it looked good. Would stay...
