"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."

About two days before my departure VRBO made contact just to get check in info. This was crucial because I was coming from a different country and knew I would not likely have cell service. 2. Make it to flat, checked in, neighborhood ok, flat close to London tube. However, I want to take a shower after a long international flight...no hot water!! Enough...
