"The restaurant messed up my order and the parking pricing and pieces were frustrating as well. We tried to check in prior to taking our car back. They allow a 15 min window to park go to the front check in and leave or it’s 30 dollars. "For as busy as this place gets to be they do a good job of keeping on top of things. Hailing the shuttle is probably the biggest challange. They want you to call the front desk to report a shuttle is needed but it’s hard to get through. Best bet is to stand by the red hotel shuttle signs located at the passenger drop off area (upper level) and flag down the Fairfield shuttle. Note it only comes around every 30 minutes so if you miss it, wait or take an Uber. We arrived a few hours early...

"Don’t think you’re staying at the Ritz Carlton, it’s a motel in the middle of Inglewood, there’s obviously homeless people in the area (not within motel grounds) and you’re right next to LAX. For the price I don’t think I could’ve found a better stay, staff was very nice and the room was clean. It’s about 20 minutes from Santa Monica, and about the same for downtown. Lots of good culture in the area as long as you’re not a pretentious prick"
