"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"

"Location is perfect. Bus from airport straight to hotel. Super close to all transportation. All facilities you need however the gym is very small and limited Great hotel w all things you need. Try to get a room higher up. The views are spectacular! Can definitely recommend this hotel!"
