Lovely hotel, very stylish and the rooms are quite large with nice bathrooms. This is my go to hotel for osaka. However, this time there was a strange musty smell in the bathroom we noticed immediately on arrival. We aired the room, ran the bath and shower and the smell persisted. We didnt report this as it was only a short stay and we weren't in the room often.

The hotel is very conveniently located in a huge building full of shopping/food. It is about a 15-min walk to either Osaka or Umeda station. Even though the room is a tad small, it is very modern, and clean,, and the staff is very helpful.

This property is very large and located near trains and shopping/dining. There were lots of amenities in the lobby. The rooms were not large, but they were quiet. We had reserved adjoining rooms for us and the kids, but they were not able to give us adjoining rooms and gave us rooms next to each other instead. I was a little disappointed as they did not offer us any compensation for not honoring our reservation for adjoining rooms. The check-in/check-out process was automated so be sure not to misplace your room keys as you will need to use them to check out.
