"During the trip Kyushu, I stayed in two unmanned hotels. The communication with SG is perfect. I got the check in details via email several days before check in. The check in and check out worked efficiently. However I had check in problem with the other unmanned hotel and I spent a lot of time to finish the check in. "Excellent location, good price. Bed was firm but comfortable. Easy check in process, no issues. Parking is expensive in the large lot next to the building. Look for budget locations if you need parking. WiFi worked well. Will stay there again in the future. "

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating.
