"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"This hotel has become one of my favourites to stay in for a short trip to JB. Mall does not have a great variety of stores but Book Xcess is worth spending some time in. I also really like the water dispenser initiative, perhaps the hotel can also consider only giving out disposable toiletries on request to further protect the environment. "The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view.
