"Great location and setting. Reception staff very nice and helpful, a nice touch with a warm cookie. Comfortable bed. Good gym and spa facilities. Bar and breakfast staff were slow and unhelpful. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks after having to go back to the bar twice. It wasnt even busy. A very special thanks to Phil from the maintenance team, who had to step in and sort out the breakfast service. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic in the countryside with a great walk around with great views. The room was modern and decorated beautifully to match the building architecture. The pub has a great vibe and the restaurant food was delicious (just note no dogs in the main restaurant) and service is great. Our room was quite warm which meant not getting 100% and as it’s a pub it can be noisy in the evenings/night. "

"Problems nationwide with computers meant a long wait for a room allocation. Staff dealt with this situation in a friendly and helpful manner and found a resolution as computers remained off all evening. Lovely room, food really good and staff very helpful at all times. Relaxed atmosphere and really good, clean swimming pool. "

"The staff, brilliant. The two reception woman we met and the breakfast woman were absolutely wonderful. The double room had virtually no standing room but a huge very comfortable bed and nice big ensuite shower. "This hotel is away from the town and in a quiet area. You can get a local taxi in minutes. The hotel staff were very nice. They have a restaurant serving good affordable foods.
