Expedia Best Price Guarantee. In the event
that you find a lower publicly available rate for stand-alone hotels and
packages (hotel + air) on Expedia.com.my ("Expedia Malaysia") or on another
Malaysian-based website within 1 month (30 days) of booking with Expedia
Malaysia, we will credit your account the difference. In addition, we will
give you a single-use RM150 coupon that can be used towards a future booking
of an Expedia Special Rate hotel or air plus hotel package on Expedia
Malaysia. This Expedia Best Price Guarantee is subject to the Terms and
Conditions.

Notifying Expedia of a Claim.You must
contact us at 007-803-011-0463 prior to booking or within 1 month (30 days)
after you have made a booking on Expedia Malaysia to make a claim under the
Expedia Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at
the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service
representatives applying the criteria set out below.

Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The
Expedia Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches,
for example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel
(including room type), applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and
times of travel or service as booked through Expedia Malaysia. For any
stand-alone product booking (e.g., a hotel room), the comparison must be to
the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not
part of a hotel + air travel package). Except as noted below, the Expedia
Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of booked travel, as presented
in the Expedia Malaysia search results, inclusive of taxes and fees. The
Expedia Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where
the carrier, property, rental car company, itinerary or similar booking
details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements
imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, any
residency, regional and age-related requirements.

Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General
Public Online. The Expedia Best Price Guarantee applies only to
prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language
website. For example, this does not include rates offered on
membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter,
rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline
prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available
only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or
from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted and able to be
booked, and paid for in Malaysian Ringgits (without the use of a currency
exchange calculator) at the time you contact the Expedia Malaysia customer
service representatives.

Important Note For Packages. When you book
a travel package (i.e., air + hotel) with Expedia Malaysia, the Expedia Best
Price Guarantee applies to the cost of the travel package inclusive of taxes
and fees.

Verification of Claims. So that Expedia
Malaysia can confirm that the lower quote is genuine, available and able to
be booked by the general public, all requests and claims, including receipts,
are subject to verification by Expedia Malaysia customer service
representatives. Expedia Malaysia will not accept screenshots or other
purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by
Expedia Malaysia customer service representative. Nor will Expedia Malaysia
verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of
a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. You must
provide the customer service representative with all requested information
relating to the lower price including, without limitation, the address of the
website on which the lower price is available, the identity of the relevant
travel goods or services and the applicable dates for use of same. Failure
to provide the Expedia customer service representatives with sufficient
evidence or details of the lower price may result in invalidation of your
claim. For verification of non-prepaid hotel bookings, the customer
service representative will instruct you to mail a copy of your hotel receipt
to Expedia Malaysia within thirty (30) days after you have completed the
hotel stay. Verified requests will receive a credit to the credit card used
for the booking, within approximately seven to ten (7-10) days of
verification.

Limits on Coupons. Limit one (1) one
hundred and fifty Malaysian ringgit (RM150) coupon per entire booking, and a
maximum of three (3) coupons per customer per calendar month (regardless of
the number of accounts used by the customer). Each coupon is valid for one
(1) year from the month of issuance and is subject to the coupon terms &
conditions provided with the coupon. The total booking value must be over RM
75.

Changes. Expedia may modify or discontinue
the Expedia Best Price Guarantee or restrict its availability to any person,
at any time, without prior notice or liability to you, except where excluding
or limiting liability is prohibited by law. The terms that are in effect at
the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Expedia
Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Expedia Best Price Guarantee will
affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by Expedia
to enforce any provision of these Expedia Best Price Guarantee Terms &
Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Miscellaneous.These Expedia Best Price
Guarantee Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of State of Washington,
USA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Expedia Best
Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in Bellevue, Washington, USA. If any part
of the these Expedia Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions is determined to
be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable
provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and
will continue in effect. These Expedia Best Price Guarantee Terms &
Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and Expedia with
respect to this Best Price Guarantee and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or
written, between you and Expedia.
