I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second. "For us the Torel Palce was perfect. Beautiful quiet rooms with real character, stone marble and timber. Fantastic location, walking distance to so much of Porto and Gaia.
