A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Very good value and the included breakfast was to a very high standard.

The Lake Resort is a great hotel for a relaxing holiday. We found all the staff very polite and helpful. The fusion restaurant served excellent food and the Marina with lots of bars and restaurants was a short walk. There is probably not enough to keep teenagers occupied but for couples looking for some time away the Lake Resort is about perfect. We will certainly return.

Hotel das Artes is conveniently located on the outskirts of the old town, and in easy walking distance of the river. It offers secure parking (should you wish to use a car) otherwise there is a tour bus stop within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, enabling you to easily access all the tourist spots that you may want to see. Beds are comfortable, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was of good quality, but a little limited in choice. Porto itself was a bit scruffy in parts, but invariably felt "safe" and is well worth a visit: we spent 2 days there, but wish we had stayed longer, as we could easily have kept ourselves amused for several more.

First time at this hotel, 3rd time in Porto. We will stay here for future visits. The hotel is very well located to food, shopping, and the river. Very short walk across the bride to the Port wineries. Hotel staff were very helpful, probably among the top for level of help and courtesy.

We were given an upgrade from a deluxe room to junior suite. The room was very large but windows were small and at the lower end of the wall. The hotel itself was very charming and there was a delicious breakfast included.

a wonderful experience. The staff was terrific, the design excellent, and the location supeerb. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it highly.
