"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and there's a supermarket opposite the hotel which was convenient as the food options nearby we're limited. The only problem with the room is that the air conditioner is not that good so at night the room was warmer than I would like."

"Really lovely spacious room with air con which kept the room warm as I went in autumn time whilst it was chilly outside. The bed also has an electric blanket. My room also had a little balcony.
