"Booked this hotel through Hotels.com. It seemed reasonable. Close to all the "sites" to show my son for the first time and close enough to Uber to the Chicago Cubs/ Astros game. When getting our room assigned it was NOT clean at all. Most all of the things that should have had power to them did not work. There was torn chairs in what was supposed to be a very nice suite. The breakfast was not warm and we were the first in the room for that. nothing to choose from. No one wanted to help direct...
