"We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons, view was superb, location is ideal for shopping and dining. The customer service was also top notch, all staff were so very helpful and friendly. The reason my rating was four stars was solely because of the room cleanliness. The headboard had awful smudges on the wood borders, the counter tops, menu, nespresso machine, dresser, and night stands were awfully dusty with ring water stains and crumbs of some sort, and the mirrors had all kinds of...

"Everything was good.except We got there early and said one of the rooms was available but would not let us check in till 4pm. If we wanted , we could have paid $25 to check in early, not cool if room was available. Why not allow good customer service to waive that charge? They already got a lot of money from us for our stay. Other than that, rooms were clean. Great location too for the places we love to go to in the area. "
