"Location was very convenient and the property was very clean. But I was very surprised at the lack of amenities considering this is a Hyatt. Little things that collectively added up. No coffee pot. Not even a pad of paper and a pen. No restaurant or bar and therefore no room service - just a minimal coffee bar. And no cups in the room. No cups? No glass or plastic cups in the bathroom? Does that actually save money?"

"Great place and easy walk or quick tram ride to a number of other Casino's. Only really bad thing was the pool area. Children running everywhere and no controls. We paid for reserved seated at the adult pool, someone had thrown up in the hot tub and it was closed. Music is only basting rap all day. Went over to ask the DJ if he could charge the type of music or turn it down, he said no and cranked it up as I walked away. Teenagers not the only paying customers, but the DJ was rude to us!"

"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."
