No tea or coffee facilities in room. Toilet seat was loose. Seal on shower door leaked. No extractor in bathroom. No toilet roll holder. Room was clean. Not many bars or restaurants open in the evening close by.

Good breakfast. Very convineant location .just few seconds walk from bus metro and tram. However the rooms are small with poor infrastructure. No toiletries....except basic soap.

Check in was quick and efficient and room was spotless. Everything worked well including the wifi and shower. Breakfast buffet was really good and the hotel is really close to Rogier metro station and other attractions.

Excellent location right by bus and metro service linking you to the entire country, North train station is only a 5 min walk away. Lots of sirens during the night, a hospital is nearby across the street, we walked outside day and night time never felt uncomfortable, late at night 11 midnight'ish KFC and McDonalds closes, there are several all night fries and convenience (including beer & wine) locations nearby. This is in the city in an old building; there is an elevator, don't expect American standards when it comes to room size etc The in-room coffee maker came in handy, room was cleaned daily Breakfast is available on the ground floor

Inexpensive and ok

The location was very convenient for my business trip. It’s an old hotel with small rooms and somewhat run down but it’s cheap! Very good breakfast included. It can be noisy and it’s in a part of town that is a bit sketchy. Staff is friendly.

The hotel is well located close to the North train station and the metro. Grote Markt can be easily walked to. There were many restaurants and shopping stores nearby. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Our room was a bit dated and the carpet was badly stained/soiled. I didn't want to walk on it barefooted.

Special thanks to Roy and Fatima. They were very sympathic and friendly. It is always good to see that positive quality after a tiring journey. Very near to Brussels Nord train station around 5-7 mins walk. Great connecting trains direct from Airport. Inside rooms and toilets are little old. But all together worth it for the price. I can easily recommend it further.

The room was freezing as the radiators did not work. I had to request for a portable heater from the reception. The water from the hot water tap was cold in the mornings which made morning showers uncomfortable.
