"The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. "Subway was walkable from the property. About 7 min. Hotel staff were very accomodating and good at communication. I docked some points for cleaniness because one night the bed change had a stain on the pillowcase. They were quick to change it the next day when I asked. Also, the smell of sewer was very rancid some nights. It consumed the smell of the whole room. It was hard to tolerate and we had to leave until the smell was gone."

"This is the perfect cozy location if you want to be right on the beach. I was able to stay here and watch the amazing fireworks from my balcony, and it was the most picture perfect view. So much action just outside, it's right on the boardwalk, in the middle of the strip. Restaurants and convenience stores right there. The elevator is a little slow, but that's ok. "The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom.
