Friendly respectable staff, always wanting to do more for you. Welcoming staff on arrival and always polite and courteous during my stay. Fantastic hotel in heart of city with great river views from the room and from the outside pool area, bar and restaurants.

Very enjoyable. I have an excellent hotel experience. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast buffet was fantastic; the staff are most helpful. Great service contributed to the overall great client experience. Would highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, the pool is wonderful. Conveniently Located within the airport area but not noisy. Stayed there overnight With two kids from Sydney to Europe.

The hotel is in very good condition, and the staff is friendly. The room was very clean on arrival and kept very clean. Good food available on site. Only potential downside was that the window in my room did not have a good view; looking straight out onto a row of poorly-kept apartment buildings. This was not an issue in the slightest for me. For the price, the hotel was quite good.

Spent two good nights at this hotel. It was my first time to Hong Kong, and having read reviews about room sizes in Hong Kong, I was expecting something a much smaller. I was pleased with the room. The color styling wasn't really what I would choose for my home, but was OK. Being a Expedia VIP hotel meant that I was given extras upon check in which were a nice touch. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast if you want a Western style breakfast as the choices were very limited and it was too expensive. The shuttle service at the Cosmopolitan which is almost next door made getting to and from the hotel very easy. We just took the airport train into the Hong Kong station and caught the shuttle to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Expensive, but above average size for a Japanese hotel.

The hotel was amazing! Convenient location and the staff was very helpful. the rooms were a bit small but we weren't in them for long. I enjoyed the aquarium and dolphin show. This hotel would be great for families who actually can enjoy it rather than travelers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Near the subway station. Nice, nice, nice!
