"5 of us stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely enjoyed our time here! First of all, we would like to give a big thanks to all of the service staff. They have been nothing but great! Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. There was this one time we had to contact our car rental company to request for extension. Instead of lending us the phone, the service staff actually went the extra mile and helped us in...

"We absolutely loved our stay. Very easy to get to and the room included everything you need to be comfortable. Highly recommend anyone traveling to Otaru consider staying here. Laundry facilities also available on the premises as well as room service every 3 days. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

"Property is in very poor conditions. Untidy wash room. It is advertised as 24 hour reception and tv. There is no reception service and tv doesn’t work. I will state them as 1 star restaurant. If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading."

"Property had doubled the price at check in and wanted us to pay them directly. I booked on Expedia thinking I had it all covered. Being in the middle of nowhere in a foreign county, I felt scammed. We had to look for a new place during the night on the fly. Worst part of our visit to Japan was this booking. I felt they knew they were the only option available nearby. "

"チェックイン、チェックアウト時のスタッフの対応も丁寧でとても良かったです。夕食は趣向を凝らした目にも美味しく（実際に美味しい）満足いくものでした。 歩行浴のできる温泉が楽しく、健康な休日が過ごせました。 客室は決して広くはありませんが、玄関にいけられた花や、メッセージカードなどとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。"

"着いたとき「あ、ここいい♡」という印象でした。夜になると目の前に広がる景色がとてもきれいでした。まだ寒い日だったので、外で食べることは寒さを感じましたが、食事も美味しくいただきました。 テントの中は温かくて、寒いと思うことはなかったです。子どたちも初テントを楽しんでいました。 ありがとうございます！！"

"Property is not suitable for inclement weather - we stayed during winter when wind speed was high, the cabin was shaking and banging through the night, could not get any sleep. Owners should recognise this, and close the facility during inappropriate seasons even if it means losing business "
