"Très bel hôtel neuf. Les appartements sont grands et très bien équipés. Difficultés à communiquer en anglais avec le staff. Pas très flexible sur un late check out alors que l’hôtel etait loin d’être plein et que notre avion n’était que le soir. Ils auraient pu nous laisser la chambre jusqu’au moins fin d’après midi car il pleuvait des cordes dehors…. La piscine est un peu petite si l’hotel est plein je pense. Par contre peut louer des vélos 2h gratuitement et c’est très pratique. "

"Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. "Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol. "
