It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Mine was on the ground floor and there were people walking past and laughing which made it hard to get to sleep but it was very clean. Great stay. You need a car to get around. The place was very clean. You do need to get your own soap and toilet paper which we were not ready for. Had to make a few runs to the grocery story.
