"The double cosy room is extremely small for 2 people and a dog and very tight space in the corridors when cleaning staff and trollies are out. Dog friendly but no water bowls anywhere around the hotel. Can’t believe Reception had a notice saying Back in 10 minutes when they claim service 24/7"

"Clean family room with a good set up for a family of 4. The breakfast in the bar had sticky floors and chairs, the coffee was undrinkable. We did get a better breakfast in the lounge room. Overall a good hotel in a great location."

"Aluguei esse apartamento com cozinha esperando que tivesse o básico para cozinharmos. Tirando algumas panelas, pratos e talheres, não havia mais nada! Não tinha nem sequer sal! Como é típico no reino unido, todo apto e hotel sempre deixa disponível alguns saches de chà, mas esse aqui nem se preocupou ..."
