"This hotel is a gem! I wanted to move in. The staff was extremely helpful. We parked our car with them and the fee is 40 euros but that is absolutely the going rate for hotel parking in Ortigia. Luca, the Desk Manager was a delight. We made last minute reservations and he was so helpful and welcoming. ..."
