The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise
We were welcomed with smiling faces and professional staff. Room was immaculate and our view was stunning. We had lake view. The glacier basin experience was the best. It was invigorating and relaxing. We had a little skate although the ice was not quite ready as it usually is. Not the hotels fault ...
