Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered.

Less expensive to stay in a small room with AC and Bed.

Perfect place for a layover. Staff helpful and friendly. Early check-in and late check-out. Air Express made it possible to visit the city. Highly recommend.

The check in was a nightmare, the staff was robotic and could check in with my passport on their email and me on the phone saying I accept to proceed the check in on the name of other passenger, because I have a familiar incident and could flight. They wanted us to cancel and get higher amounts on the reservations.

Friendly staff, clean room, view of the harbour, swimming pool on the 76 floor, direct access to the Element Mall, the Kowloon Station to the airport and West Kowloon Station linking high speed trains to China.
