Great room friendly staff free upgrade

The room is spacious and washroom is big. However, the room is impossible to accommodate family of 4 unless your kids are under 4 or 5 years old because the single bed is small. I would suggest hotel should mention about that. Otherwise, people think it can really accommodate 4 people. But we appreciated that during our stays, the hotel offered us an extra bed.

The room was clean everyday. The staffs are polite.

The hotel is very convenient and attached to shopping centre with MTR. The rooms are clean but the noise insulation is very poor. You can hear the toilet flushing from either neighbouring/upstairs room. Also there is a rumbling noise (maybe from the train) every 5-7minutes. My room was on the 15th floor and the road noise (motorbikes and cars) is very loud at night time.

Panoramic view and property is recently refurbished Decently connected to local transport infrastructure but not tremendously convenient Staff were professional, attentive and of very high calibre despite the busy season Overall I will be returning
