Miscommunication about passport requirements at check in. Rooms are small and the bathrooms impossible to manoeuvre in. Fine for one night would not recommend for longer.

First room we got had an awful odor. As a pregnant woman I couldn’t handle it so my husband went to talk to the front desk and they were more than accommodating. They switched us rooms right away and upgraded us. GREAT STAFF!

Beautiful views and very spacious, only issue I had was loud elevators but they were fine during sleeping hours (2200-0800) and I was out during most of the day. Had a Lawson indoors on the 2nd floor so that’s convenient.
