Friendly reception team greeted us! Room was very clean and comfortable, w table and two chairs on our private little patio. Nice pool area also offers seating and tables w umbrellas. Great location on the way to all the fun adventures in Sonoma County!

When I arrived the front desk staff refused to swipe my credit card when the chip wouldn't pick up, she said she wasn't allowed because people had desputed their charges, not sure how that's relevant to how you run it. There were no towels in the room at all and the room smelled like old food
