"Old unrenovated rooms with ugly furniture and dirty carpet. There was bird dropping all over the balcony. Leaking AC. Not sure how it's rated 5 star. It's 2 star at best. The restaurant staff were very rude. Never coming back."

"It was a very relaxing experience. Enjoyed watching the dolphins. Restaurants were exquisite and excellent. Pool and beach were fantastic and enjoyed them immensely. It is definitely a 5 star hotel and resort. Well worth the cost."
