The staff went above and beyond!!! The room was very clean. We ordered a burger one night, another night the charcuterie board..EXCELLENT!!! Both recommended by the staff. Then our bartender made us fabulous drinks to include a stamped 1816 cube for my whiskey. Beautiful craftsmanship in his drinks. We have stayed in 6 hotels in Scotland, this was by far the best 4 day stay thus far!!! Thank you Apex staff for everything!!! Ohhh and Location, just outside is multiple bus routes and the train terminal is a block away.

Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working.
Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards.
Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!
