When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. "Fueron muy profesionales y eficaces a la hora de alargar una noche nuestra estancia. Al tener el desayuno incluído se puede empezar el día sin tener la sensación de que te has arruinado, como suele pasar en los restaurantes suizos, y todo el personal fue muy amable. "My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl.
