"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. "If you are going to visit Zermatt and.the Matterhorn this a great place to stay. It is right next to the train station and has a parking garage. Breakfast is excellent and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Supurb."

"坂はありますが駅から近く、大きいキャリーケースを持っても歩いてホテルまで行けました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました。お部屋は広く、2人で大きいキャリーケースを広げても窮屈さはありませんでした。お部屋からはツェルマットの街並みと山々が同時に見られて、夜は一階のバーから聴こえてくる音楽もとっても素敵で、どこかから焚き火のような匂いもして五感で楽しめるホテルでした。。次にツェルマットに行く時はぜひ一階のお店も利用したいと思いました。 9月でしたがクリスマスを彷彿とさせる街は本当に素敵で、最高の思い出になりました。"

"We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. "

"The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs. The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience. The Mom is an excellent chef...

"We picked this hotel because it has some rooms with a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It is quite a hike to the hotel from the train station so you may want to take a taxi to the hotel with your luggage. Breakfast was good and breakfast room had big picture windows with a view of the Madderhorn. "

"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"
