"What a great find in Duluth! The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the shower water was hot, and the kitchen area was appreciated. The staff were so kind and helpful! I enjoyed the bar, gift shop, and outdoors focused ambiance. The only downside was that I could hear my neighbors at times, but for the price and value it wasn't a big deal. I'll be back!"

"We absolutely love Park Point Marina. This is our third time staying here. This year we stayed five nights, six days; next year we hope to stay longer. Location is great for watching ships. 10 minute walk to the lift bridge or watch them go by your room off the balcony. Nighttime off the balcony is awesome. "The historic building was so cool! They still had the old elevator call buttons and mail shoot and many other details. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. This room was available at the same price point as the cheap motels/hotels nearby and was a much better experience than the other nearby hotel we had stayed in the day before. "
