This is a work in progress. Totally renovated and beautiful. Needs a few tweeks, ie: shower doors. Bathroom smelled really bad but the rest was delightful. Wonderful bed/mattress. Beautiful room. Definitely worth the stay! Please don’t let animals stay - can’t stand the dander and i think the smell in BR was from an animal urinating!

While the room was excellent in terms of both space and amenities, the lack of communication regarding check-in was very frustrating. I had to call Expedia before the property finally texted me which room I was in and the access code. Good thing that the weather was nice while I waited around for almost 30 minutes before I could get into my room. I've never had this type of issue before with a virtual front desk.

Loved the location and setting of the Trailside Hotel. Room 5 was on the edge of the construction zone for renovations of more rooms. Once the renovations are complete, I am sure it will be nicer. Room 5 has an awkward entrance from the parking spot -- you have to walk around the soft drink machine on chipped and cracked cement. Be ware if you have mobility issues. Be sure to have your flashlight ready if you arrive after dark. The room is small, but well set up to utilize the comfy king size bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, sink and bathroom. The refrigerator is very loud, however when it cycles on throughout the night. Management was helpful and very responsive when we needed more information about the amenities and WIFI. We enjoyed our stay 3 night stay.
