Lack of communication led us to have a car in the garage while work was done in it and we were told we could not leave with the vehicle as it would damage the work. Concordo com a regra que banhistas deve utilizar o elevador de serviço, mas não custa nada avisar aos hóspedes da regra e informar por onde é a entrada, que é escondida (preferem que um segurança constrangido dê essa informação).
