"No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby."

"Muy mala experiencia debido a que no hay wifi, no hay agua caliente en las habitaciones, los colchones en pésimas condiciones, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba nada a pesar de estar todo el día encendido, si no pides que te cambien las toallas diario no lo hacen, no hay televisión ni siquiera opción de transmitir contenidos, el agua en las regaderas siempre se sale de la misma. Definitivo no volvería a ese lugar"

"Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!.. "

"Staff was great. The property is a bit run down and the pool was not very clean but a lot of people were swimming in it. The price was really great for 5 nights and we were happy with our choice in the end."
