"This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

"This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town!"

"This property has seen better days. We couldn't get into our room with the code given to us. Never saw any staff to help us, just a phone number to call. Room smelled of bug spray making it difficult for me to sleep. Thankful that we never saw a bug though. Bed slanted and was not even. I felt like when I sat on the toilet it was going to fall over. It appears that people actually live in these units and saw lots of people sitting outside their door smoking, and not just cigarettes. I...

"Room is clean. Staff was very quick to checking in very family friendly love the indoor swimming pool in the outdoor swimming pool bottom line of that place is just I love it."

"The room was decent. Our bathroom was terrible. There was mold in the shower, the construction was not finished. The ceiling tiles were not all there. The beds that i had booked were queen size but we got full size beds. Overall it was not the worst hotel experience, but it did have the worst bathroom I've ever seen."

"I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...
