"Two complaints. We arrived about 1:30 a.m. on September 11, 2026. The lady at the registration counter could have used an attitude adjustment. That morning the housekeeping staff tried to enter the room 5 times, once while I was in the shower. They reminded us several times about the checkout time. There should be a system where cleaning staff is advised when a guest has checked out."
