Despite there being only a handful of guests they put us below what i can only guess was a family of nocturnal tap dancing elephants having a bowling marathon. I can't even imagine what tasks one would have at 2am in a hotel room that would require that much walking back and forth after walking back and forth from 11pm to midnight. I swear I heard several bowling balls being dropped on the floor.
If it had been thw busy season I would just chalk it up to bad luck. But considering the number of open rooms it's just poor policy on behalf of the management that leads to a sleepless night due to having upstairs neighbors.
I did not have time to partake of any of the amenities. The room was adequately clean and well maintained. If you are lucky you might have a reasonably acceptable stay. I will not be investing any more money in finding out how the property is for a longer stay. It's a shame too as I am a local shop owner and im always looking for a place to recommend to my customers. As it was I regretted choosing this place over all the other options when I needed a place for the night as I waited for my water to be restored after my pipes burst durung a recent winter storm
