"There was some much build up of something in the vent of the bathroom that it started dripping down during our stay, I told the staff about it and they did nothing about it. "

"This was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip. A restaurant and grocery store right across the street. Staff was spectacular! I had an issue with my reservation (that was my fault) and they were quite gracious in correcting the issue."

"Room was freezing when we got in heat wasn't working in the bathroom at all. Bed had dirty blankets the extra sofa chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom didn't look like it was clean. One positive thing I can say is the staff is very friendly and kind. "
