The overall condition is great. The staff are very nice, helping checkin and checkout, opening elevator, and so on. Special thanks to Sherry who online answered my questions promptly and warm-hearted. I’m very happy for my three days stay. The swimming pool and gym equipment seem not impressive, no hot tub in the swimming area.

We were warmly greeted at check-in and offered a complimentary room upgrade. Alice and Rita spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a very nice view of the city and was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were very well sound-proofed. The hotel manager, a very pleasant Frenchman, greeted us at breakfast (which was excellent!) and came to say good-bye as we were checking out. I can't imagine a more professional and helpful staff.

Breakfast wasn't completely free for the child over 14, people would need to read clearly all the T&C. the receiption hall was a bit noisy everyday as it was let out for activities. Otherwise it was good, clean and confortable.

Best hotel experience I’ve ever had
Had the best hotel experience of my life at Sofitel Zhengzhou. After years of traveling and countless hotel stays this stands out as being above and beyond. Wonderful facilities, amazing rooms and the best service that I’ve ever had, anywhere. Would love to return again.

二階の中華料理店で、夜食にじゃあじゃあ麺を食べました。とても美味しかった!! 朝食は普通かな? フロントを出て右側にある心城って言うマッサージに2日続けて行きました! 力強くゴリゴリにやってくれますよ!

非常滿意,早餐自助餐和下午茶也很好,員工笑容服務熱誠招待也十分好十分滿意,唯一泳池牆壁破舊有裂痕,最後歡樂時光提早4時開始,現在是6時至8時,感覺太晩了。

Highly impressed by the rooms and the service
My family stayed in 3 different room categories, and even the standard room was very spacious, modern, and clean. The suite is much much bigger. Shortly after settling into the room, a manager came by to check if we were satisfied with the cleanliness which showed their attention to the guests' experience. Mr.David Zheng, a concierge manager who speaks very well English, was very helpful in assisting us during the stay. The hotel is a short taxi ride away to the shopping district. To my surprise, the David Plaza shopping mall is way up there with the very best in the country.

工作人员表現可以,但房間的光線真的很不足夠!因為我是商務出差,晚上也需要在房間工作,其实已經要求换房和加燈,但結果被通知每家房間的燈光都差不多,另外加燈效果也不理想,因此会影響我下次再次選擇郑州索菲特的機會了!

Great stay in my life
This trip will be best memory in my life due to best of best service & best comfortable stay in Sofitel. The staffs was great, they usually have a mind to service with their heart. Of course, their English skill was not perfect but could understand with heart to heart. Room condition was also best & breakfast was good. I will try to stay in Sofitel even I have business trip in another city near by Sofitel. I appreciate their warm attention to y stay and wish blessing of God on their whole life.

Sofitel Zhengzhou
Sofitel made my Zhengzhou visit remarkable, I had a two day short stay to visit Kaifeng and Luoyang and decided to stay in Zhengshou. Sofitel has the convenience of the location and the friendly staff, it made my stay very pleasant. Peter was great in arranging for my taxi to the airport.

The staff at reception and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Very nice upscale decor rooms. The buffet breakfast & dinner was plentiful in range. This hotel is the best one out of the three international hotels on the area. Will stay again, thanks.

굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 가격도 호텔의 시설이나 청결도 등에 대조해보면, 나름 합리적인 금액이었구요. 지하 1층의 식당(뷔페식)도 상당히 높은 수준의 퀄리티였습니다. 상당히 만족스런 호텔이어서 정주에서 묵을일이 있을때마다 소피텔 호텔을 이용하고 있습니다.
