"The rooms are in worse shape than in the pictures on the site. Holes in the walls, there was still garbage on the floor left by previous guest and we found a bug on the pillow. A plus for receiving a refund with the help of great staff at hotels.con, but I have not received any replies to my emails I sent the hostel manager (got the email address from the receptionist, who also offered us and another guest bug spray) nor the messages I sent through hotels.com app several days prior to my stay....

"Our flight was cancelled so we booked this last minute. We had already spent 6 nights in another hotel. It was like night and day. If only we had booked Tourist Inn for the whole stay, what a difference it would have made.
