"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
"Great hotel, excellent staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious plus the cafe in the lobby is perfect for an afternoon coffee or after dinner drink. The room was spacious and clean. You can rent bikes at the front desk. Very easy to get around, underground station right outside the hotel! "

When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "
