"The hotel was ok however the rook condition was extremely poor. The room was dirty overall, the fixtures and fittings were hanging off like the lights and door handles (one door handle came off completely). There was also a pretty severe mould problem in the bathroom. I've never seen anything like it before in a hotel. The bathroom ceiling was completely black as there was no window or ventilation. "Although not particularly fancy, the hotel is quite nice but most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my 5 night solo stay very much as Famara beach is only 15 mins drive, if you’re into surfing."

"Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. "We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from...

"Clean and modern accommodation In a great location near the main strip. Onsite bar serving cold drinks and food with friendly staff. Pool area always busy so you have to be up early to get a sun lounger but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
