I would say the best part of this resort is the food. The quality and choice is amazing both at the buffet and in the specialty restaurants. The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel.

Nice and clean. Staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. Slept very well and woke up rested everyday. Tried the gym facilities which were well kept. In addition the pool was great as well as the view of the ocean from my balcony.

My room was great with great view to ocen and also pool and with preferred club room i enjoyed the most of my stay so i did book my stay again and because the staff and hotel was really great i extended my stay and i will 100% will back again the lady on reception was very welcoming as well with great customer service than she could do for any VIP or customer. I think she was called Valentino i think with short hair.

My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer.

Hotel was shabby and tired and desperately in need of maintenance but staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a sea view room. Towels and bathrobes were almost threadbare, hotel leaked (was heavy rain but still expect more from a five star). There were towels and buckets on the floor (inside the hotel) collecting rainwater. Some of the restaurants remained closed during our stay so needed to go out for variety - thank goodness we didn't go all-inclusive! Many of the lights outside were not on so care was needed when walking around the grounds. Bar staff were slow on occasions and got our drinks wrong several times in an evening eventhough it was very quiet.

Truly fantastic stay, the room upgrade was a welcome surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and welcoming. The a la carte breakfast menu in the preferred area was extensive and the food was cooked to perfection everyday. Minor areas for improvement would be the location of the smoking area near the preferred outside space, it was a little too close to some of the sun beds. The mattress was also a little too firm for us, although we realise this is a personal preference. Otherwise we would not change a thing, one of the best hotels we have stayed in so we will return at some point.

The resort was lovely and everything you needed was there! I would definitely recommend going all inclusive!

WONDERFUL

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every single moment. The facilities were amazing, plus I would like to thank Manu and Isabel so much. They were really gentle and caring. We’re grateful and we will come back in the future for certain.
