We really loved Hotel Keihan. They had great service staff, and the amenities were top notch. They definitely considered families when building this hotel. Children had their own sleepwear and amenities. The food was great at the breakfast cafe. It was right beside Universal-City station and about 5 mins walk to USJ. There were lots of food options available just outside the hotel. Lawson was right below the hotel which made it even more convenient. Highly recommend this place for families!

Great friendly professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Large room too. Could not fault it. Great location. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Would definately stay there again. Make sure you do. You will not be disappointed.

The room, while compact (as is common in Japan), was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: comfy bed and pillows, a humidifier, coffee machine, kettle, and even pajamas and a full set of toiletries. Bath towels were replaced daily, and the housekeeping team kept the room spotless throughout our stay. You can also request an iron and ironing board if needed, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the surprise cheesecake they provided to celebrate my husband's birthday—such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Although the carpet was a bit dated, we hardly noticed it until the end of our stay, as we were out exploring most of the time. It certainly didn’t detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room.
