"The room was perfect. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff, from reception to restaurant wait people and Spa attendants were very gracious and welcoming. We could not have had a better experience overall. One note, however, the Jackalope kitchen was under repair so the menu was somewhat limited and our breakfast arrived cold. When we mentioned it to our waiter, he was very apologetic and we were not charged for the meal. I am sure once all the renovations are completed this will not be a problem. We certainly will be going back for more stays!"

"At first, find our house was confused, I was very impressed with the house after found the place. There was no grill gas for barbecue, so eating outside was a bit little tricky.. But everything was very impressed and had a good time."
