"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"This hotel was GREAT! Location was perfect - I felt so safe walking around this area, a lot of great coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was very helpful. We got to the hotel before our check in time and we were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again! "

"Nice and clean, also a good location! Overall a very pleasant stay. The only con was that the walls were quite thin, so the apartment was rather cold and traffic sounds were loud."

"Pros: the on-site staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and as described, and check-in/out was simple, great location. Cons: in the bathroom, the soap and shampoo dispensers had been watered down so were poor quality. The electronic lock for our room was malfunctioning and required us to twist a handle with sharp metal edges so hard, one time I had to do this, it cut my hand."

"Disappointing overall experience compared to other hotels in this chain. Check in experience was poor as my wife was denied room access before I arrived despite messaging in advance to explain she would be there first. Reception staff were rude in handling this situation. The rooms are clearly minor refurbs from the hotels previous exeistence and lack the quality and flair of the Edinburgh and (sadly now non existent) Glasgow hotels. Bathrooms in particular are dated Overall a pretty flat...
